As a veterinary hospital, we take the health of our patients, clients, and employees very seriously. To that end, we have implemented the following protective safeguards during the COVID-19 pandemic:
Curbside Service. When you arrive at our clinic, please call (409) 740-0808 to inform us you have arrived. One of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you. Admission or discharge information will be communicated by phone, and our veterinarians will call you with any updates.
Purchases & Prescription Pick-Ups. If you need to purchase pet food, supplements, supplies, or a prescription refill, etc., please request these items by phone and a team member will bring them out to you. You may also consider having items shipped to you via our online store, with free shipping on many items.
Disinfection Routines. We have stepped up our disinfection and sanitization routines.
Face Masks. Our staff wear face masks at all times within the facility. Any vendors or clients who are approved to enter the facility are politely requested to do the same.
Infection Control. All team members have been instructed to follow CDC guidelines on good hygiene to prevent the spread of infection, including effective use of handwashing and hand sanitizer. Any staff with possible exposure to COVID-19 and/or showing symptoms potentially consistent with COVID-19 are asked to stay home and consult with a medical professional.
While we realize these routines are different than what we are all accustomed to, they are meant to minimize our collective risk, while also minimizing any inconvenience to you.
